Abstract

Common pulmonary vein atresia (CPVA) is an extremely rare congenital heart disease (CHD) characterized by a pulmonary vein confluence with no connection to the left atrium (LA) and no large decompressing vessel. We present a rare case of CPVA prognosticated with multimodal imaging.
