Description
The impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) education for faculty is largely unknown. This retrospective analysis tracked CMH faculty participation over three years to determine attendance by gender, race/ethnicity, academic rank, and department at DEI and non-DEI education sessions. Ultimately, further studies are needed to understand participation barriers to DEI education.
