Exterior view of 414 Highland Ave. Location was previously the residence of Col. Robert Hunt (former Kansas City mayor). First time Children's Mercy owned their location instead of renting beds or space, so also first actual Children's Mercy free standing building. First Children's Mercy Hospital building to incorporate a nursing school.
