Autumn Burton, BA, Literacy KC
Autumn is the Director of Programs at Literacy KC and is responsible for their educational programming. She has over 10 years of experience working in schools throughout Kansas City in a variety of positions ranging from teaching to administration. Autumn believes that literacy is a tool for success and is passionate about providing educational opportunities to anyone ready to learn.
Rachel Henderson, BA, Literacy KC
Rachel is the programs support coordinator for Literacy KC. Her current duties include potential and current student affairs as well as overseeing the AmeriCorps VISTA Program, where Literacy KC serves as an intermediary, to place VISTA members at non-profits in the Greater Kansas City area. Rachel has a passion for public service and making a lasting impact in the community and on the clients she serves.
