Abstract
Critical to the successful establishment and development of an endoscopic craniosynostosis program is direct, clear, and concise communication, and education of the parents and family of the patient. The nursing staff plays a pivotal role in this part of the program. This chapter describes an overall nursing approach to this program development from the pioneer nurse who successfully helped to establish the first program of its kind.
