Fellowship Research

Research supporting advances in pediatric surgery is foundation to the program at Children’s Mercy. Each Pediatric Surgery Fellow is encouraged to seek a faculty mentor in an area of surgical research and publish at least one paper or chapter per year as a result of this mentoring process.
